Injection Rings
And Cap Nuts

PSI utilizes custom hardened steel injection rings and cap nuts for most flange and bonnet repairs. Our hardware is constructed of long-wearing carbon or stainless steel with sizes from 1/2” to 2” or larger. Each injection ring is installed beneath an existing nut on your equipment or the nut is replaced with a cap nut. An injection valve is then screwed in with the sealant injected through the studbore and into the failing gasket area—with no drilling necessary. Our hardware allows for a smooth sealant flow and easy removal when the equipment is repaired on shutdown. No holes are drilled into flanges, ensuring they retain their original integrity.
